Mr. Theo Neocleous had a dream to build an exotic hotel that would encompass conference centers to cater for Africa. Today that dream has become a reality, and the complex has hosted guests from not only Africa but the globe.
He began fulfilling that when he personally planted 4000 trees on the estate. He then designed the original building that was his home for several years. Passers by would drive up the steep drive way to enquire whether or not he could offer any accommodation. This talented entrepreneur realized that there was a need for a hotel in this area and thus he strove towards his goal. His beloved wife Aliki is a gifted cook and so started the legendary hotel. The dream was not completed until their two daughters with their families also moved onto the estate and became an integral part of the business.

The market further demanded conference and function facilities and thus the entity grew. Today the company has the necessary amenity to provide a professional service to both local and international clients and is currently one of the leading conference and function facilities in South Africa.
